For the second time in as many months, I have been disappointed by the service provided by the telephone answering staff. I am a patient in the Old Bridge office and to be totally fair, I believe this call was being handled by the Highland Park office. I called first thing Monday morning asking for an appointment as soon as possible as I was in a fair amount of discomfort. To keep things succinct, I was told there is nothing this week. When I added, that I was a long time patient and I would really appreciate being "squeezed"in and I would not mind waiting in the office, I was told perhaps I should visit an Urgent Care center. One never has a longer wait that 15 mins for Dr Bachman or Zeizoun. Teresa is always pleasant, smiling and helpful. Both doctors are excellent listeners and cured my fungus- at age 60. After years of unsuccessful treatments.

Dr Bachman is the best. Smart and great bedside manner, neither dismissive nor alarmist. Just right. Very helpful office staff too.

This was my first experience visiting Dr. BACHMAN‘s office. He and his staff are very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctor listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t think twice to recommend Dr. BACHMAN and his office to anyone.
