In Step Podiatry Center

I had my first appointment with Dr. Mbanuzue a few days ago regarding tendonitis in my foot. I was very impressed with her intelligence, her depth of professional knowledge, and the quality of her staff and office operations. I feel very confident she’ll be able to help me heal my foot so I can resume the rigorous exercise I once enjoyed.

First and last visit. The receptionist was rude and dismissive towards me…it changed my whole mood and I was ready to just end the visit. The receptionist needs training on greeting visitors and learning how to manage the phone and the person standing and waiting to sign in. The whole interaction was terrible and should have been handled differently. Once I was able to see the doctor she apologized for the long wait, she was professional and knowledgeable.

I was a little nervous at first because my experiences with my previous foot doctor was horrible. But everyone was nice and pleasant and Dr. Mbanuzue was very warm, patient and kind. I felt very much at ease sitting in her chair. She was gentle and handled my feet with care.

Dr Queen is amazing! Her solutions to my foot/ankle problem has me on the mend and getting back to being able to teach all of my fitness classes and be on my feet all day with minimal pain, something my orthopedic doc told me only surgery would resolve. I’m so glad I was referred to In Step and know that soon I’ll be healed and pain free. And their new offices are beautiful!

Dr. Mbanuzue is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has the right amount of bedside manner and care that makes you feel at home in her office. Her staff are also warm, friendly, and professional which adds to the whole experience. I'd highly recommend this office for your foot care needs.
