I was referred to this orthotics provider by a highly skilled bodyworker who trusts their expertise completely. Over the course of my treatment, I made multiple trips from Connecticut to Albany—spending over 20 hours driving back and forth for 15-minute adjustments alone. I greatly appreciated their thorough approach, and their craftsmanship is truly outstanding. Due to the complexity of my feet, correcting one issue led to a new challenge with my knee, requiring further adjustments before the orthotics could be finalized. With the months needed between visits to try the new adjustment, time flew, and I was moving back to New Mexico. I was assured that remote follow-ups would not be a problem. But when the time came, I left a voicemail to schedule a virtual appointment and never received

General Orthopedics is THE BEST! I never thought I would be able to walk pain free ever again. Do not waste your time at places advertised on tv with nation wide locations. You will be listened to and treated expertly!

I have been out of work for over a year for a severe injury. Doctor told over the phone that they would work with my workers comp. I drove 30 min to the office, only to have the front desk tell me it would be out of pocket for the consultation and they won't work with comp.

Check out Dr. Art Smuckler over there if you have issues like fallen arches for your feet (kind of what I do have). He's definitely made my life a lot more easier and helped me be active a lot more than before. And always a fun lively visit with him and the team there who are very prompt and professional. Maybe the only tough part is to be able to actually get an appointment with him at closer intervals due to his busy schedule..😁

Great products but Appointments are impossible. Find someplace else that can see you within a relevant time frame. Front of house staff will do nothing accommodating even if you are a current client. Thankfully my podiatrist at Summit Foot and Ankle has brought someone in-house to do this type of work and I won’t have to put up with the likely 7 months just to get a new pair.
