My first time at In Step Massage and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The environment was extremely loud and not relaxing at all. I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and the opposite of what you expect when getting a massage. The massage itself also wasn't great. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfo

I had a massage today with a therapist named Sisi, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, she seemed to have an attitude. I politely asked for a little more pressure, but there was no adjustment, so I asked her coworker to relay the message. When Sisi finally changed the pressure, she exaggerated it to the point that my whole body was moving, which made the massage uncomfortable. I then asked her to just use light pressure instead. She seemed irritated and made a loud sigh of disappointment. Before the massage even started, I had clearly told her to avoid the neck area, but overall the communication and attitude made the experience very uncomfortable. Man I’m here with my wife and we called in at 5pm for an 8pm appointment. Checked in at 7:55 and didn’t get us situated until 8:15. I’m here waiting another 15 minutes while they started on my wife when we were supposed to be worked on at the same time. To make things worst they gave me a brand new worker that had no clue what she was doing. I won’t ever be coming back. It felt like a 5s year old was attempting to massage me

The massage I received was less satisfactory than I expected, and it seemed the therapist was not fully experienced. I had to ask her to stop because it was uncomfortable. When I went to the front today, I was disappointed to learn she couldn’t offer a refund or arrange for another therapist. I would suggest improvements in service, as I cannot recommend this experience.

I was late to my appointment 7 min. They called me and the person said.. I called you and didn’t answer so go somewhere else. I was shocked to hear that so I said can I go at noon or reschedule and she said.. well, I called and you didn’t answer so go somewhere else again. I said I was late 7 min and didn’t hear my phone ring. She was the worse customer service I ever had. She answered the phone at 11:35 and 11:40 when I called to ask her if I can reschedule but she said no. I also said my three daughters go there and you rather loose us as customers because I didn’t answer my phone and I was late 7 min and she said.. it’s better if you go somewhere else and hang up. I couldn’t believe it so I called again and she answered.. I know who you are, what do you want? I asked her for her name
