I used In Good Hands Chiropractic when I started a new work out routine. Several years ago. While it didnt emilnate the pain, it helped to keep me moving in a balanced way. I later also used their services for my twin pregnancy. I was pain free throughout my pregnancy and I attribute a lot of that to Dr. Lou and Dr. Tiffany. Their office space is also a wonderful atmosphere. They are truly there to advocate and help their clients. I would highly recommend anyone us them for all their chiropractic needs.

In Good Hands Chiropractic also does massages, other therapeutic services and they can custom fit you with the perfect foot insoles to keep your arches from collapsing which happens with age and wearing the wrong shoes and can be very painful.
