I went in for an outpatient CT scan. Unfortunately registration ruins it for the rest. Worst experience ever to say the least! Never going back to that institution. And, they were charging me more than what I was told a day prior when confirming what my co pay was! Registration needs to hire more personable friendly ladies who aren’t rude and dismissive! Radiology was excellent!

It’s a robbery, not the hospital. I brought my daughter to do a cardiogramme and paid them $660 from my pocket. What’s 2 times more expensive than in another private clinic. They sent my the bill for another $3000‼️. For cardiogramme, God! Never go again

Went there today for some tests. First time there. From the lady on the phone who gave me directions, to the lady at the front door, to the lady at the front desk, to the lady at the registration, to the ladies who drew blood, to the lady who did the EKG, and finally the lady who took the X-ray are unbelievably the nicest people I have met! Very courteous, polite and caring. Thank you ladies!!

Dr. Arambaru is great herself but to get in contact with them is disastrous!!! I have called 3 days in a row due to a referral not being sent to the other Doctor I need to see and there has been NO response. NO call back from them after leaving a voicemail and this is going to be the second time I cancel my appointment because I do not have my referral! Let's get it together at the front desk please!

This might be the worst medical practice I've ever been to. They convinced me that my insurance wouldn't cover the visit without a certain kind of "order" from my doctor, and they made me wait an hour in the lobby while I begged my primary's office to give them what they wanted. I didn't think to call my insurance company at the time because I figured this was about insurance bureaucracy when instead it was about this doctor's office employing people who speak without knowledge. My plan covered it without a referral. My doctor was ok, but I was surprised that he only spoke to me and did not examine me in any way. He sent off for one test and never followed up. I had to call the office for my results.
