IMPERIAL PHARMACY

Two months ago was the first time I used Imperial Pharmacy… and I was totally satisfied on every level… they have the medicine I need - with the medical advisory Paperwork; they give free delivery; and they accept my Insurance.. excellent service! This week, I needed to renew my prescription and they were excellent on all levels again. Thank you!

Let me start by saying this… Imperial Pharmacy, I owe you an apology for overlooking you for so long. I drive by almost every day, but my prescriptions were always at CVS and Walmart. Then my wife got sick. She couldn’t breathe, she was super congested, and we tried everything. We needed a thermometer to track her temperature and the closest place was Imperial Pharmacy. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and immediately three ladies welcomed me with real smiles. After I found the thermometer, I had questions about medicine and what actually works. A wonderful lady came from the back and said, “You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers,” and she meant it. Then this well-dressed gentleman came over too. They were professional expeditious polite and very very caring in terms of contacting me to make sure that I did indeed receive my meds and asking me if there was anything else that they could do for me it was just amazing how carrying these people are. In the future I would like all of my medications delivered by Imperial. Thank you repeatedly for the service that you have rendered towards me and others I'm sure. God bless you all, and the gentleman who brought my meds to the door actually followed the instructions on the door which impressed me entirely. You see I'm hard of hearing and ask that deliveries please knock loudly and ring the doorbell both as I'm bound to hear one of the two. Impressive to say the least, Sincerely, Melody Moreno

I'm pleased to be on board! Thanks for your kindness, and always professional. Thank you for all you do. REVISED 8. 2025 I would like to adjust my review I'm going to be leaving this pharmacy. I was excited and so pleased when I came on board with this company. However when they make a mistake or they have a problem with their delivery service they blame the customer who has no control over any of it!!! Shame on them for unkind, unprofessional behavior. Please note if you're a customer considering coming on board with this company read reviews. Their defensive non-transparent!! I did absolutely nothing out of the ordinary at all on my end.
