On my visit to Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar I received a facial from Kimberly. The facial was an overall great experience, and very relaxing. Kimberly provided excellent service and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. The other staff members were very polite as well. 5/5 I’ll definitely be returning!

Went to Imperfect Perfection today for a mini facial. All staff were extremely and their set up is beautiful! My esthetician was Chelsi and she did a phenomenal job. Very knowledgeable about her craft. The facial globes will change your life!! I left with my skin glowing. I can't wait to try their other services! 10 out of 10.

I visited the Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar for a simple brow wax. Unbeknownst to me, my skin was literally ripped off in the process. I realized shortly after I left (5-10 minutes) I felt sensitivity. I looked in the mirror to find what appeared to be a burn above my right brow. I quickly returned to the shop, was kindly escorted back to the treatment room where I thought I would be attended to, but was met with blame. I was questioned about rather my skincare products had retinal and told they likely do which caused my skin to thin and just came off when waxed. I was instructed to allow the damaged skin to heal while using gentle cleanser and aquaphor. I received an awesomely, relaxing facial from Dallyssia. The facility was so relaxing with beautiful decor and soft soothing colors. The staff was inviting and informative about the services that I could choose from. Dallyssia's hands were some soothing and calm that I was asleep for most of the service. She gave me suggestions on products to help calm my agitated skin and provided me knowledge so that I could provide better care at home. The experience was worth my money and time and I will be returning.
