Impact Medical: Allergy, Asthma & Immunology

I was able to get in quickly as a new patient, which was a huge plus. The office hours are very convenient, and appointments run on time. I’m always seen quickly and never have to wait long. Dr. Empedrad is amazing; so kind, patient, and thorough. She takes the time to answer all of your questions and truly makes you feel comfortable. My only minor concern is that one of the receptionists doesn’t seem very welcoming and often looks unhappy to be there. However, the other younger receptionist was kind and greeted me warmly when I arrived. Overall, it’s a great office, and I would definitely recommend it.

I have had no bad experiences here. The office was able to schedule me fast and the appointment was on time. A lot of the times I show up early and they took me in early. I come for allergy shots which they always see me super quick. The staff has never been rude to me.

Very good experience. Everyone was so nice and even though I was a brand new patient, I was in and out within 2 hours with allergy testing done on the spot. CRNP Hodges was so kind and very informative answering all my questions. Will be back for the shots

This doctor should not even be allowed to practice medical negligence ! actually in spite of telling her i am allergic to penicillin she gave it to me . she i keptl lying / convincing me this new medication is not penicillin r now i have a severe infection !! my regular doctor confirmed she gave be penicillin under false pretext irony for a allergy specialist
