Immediate Care Center

Took a person every 30 min to and hour.....went to restroom then they call me had to wait 2 more hours sick and in hives. Nobody cares and understaffed... And someone called 911 while in there.... cops showed up.

When my pcp office is closed, my go-to place is Immediate Care. Chad Sanders and Brandi Kost provide excellent medical care. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and comforting. My mother (passed away recently) but for many years, she considered Chad Sanders to be the most caring and intelligent doctor in the world. I believe there were many non-urgent visits, but she was persistent that "Dr. Sanders" would tend to her aches and pains, and he always did with great compassion. If your pcp is not available, I highly recommend Chad and Brandi to take care of your medical needs.

Chad, is absolutely amazing. He's kindhearted and easy to talk to. I only go to immediate care if I know he's on duty because he's that amazing.

If using VA insurance, DO NOT GO HERE! Receptionist had no clue what to do and wasn’t willing to talk to the VA rep I had on the phone. VA rep even offered to fax her the instructions & receptionist said it didn’t matter she wasn’t going to do it anyway. Better to go right across the street to Springs Urgent Care & get treated faster, better, & correctly!

I went in the lobby at 819 am. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. At 920 am I was still sitting in the lobby. The receptionist was rude when I asked about going back. After she checked In the mom with 5 sick kids she went in the back and was eating some pastries before even bothering to check me in. At the hour mark in the lobby I just basically decided to take my business elsewhere. I will NEVER go back there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
