Immediate Care

Extremely unhappy with the service at this facility. I have used this place many times before for myself but never my kids. The pediatrician office was closed so we had no choice. We have influenza A floating around our house since last week. My child began with symptoms the night before and woke up burning up. Gave him medicine to bring his fever down and make him comfortable and brought him to get tested and then obtain a note for him to miss school since he was sick. He tested negative on their test for flu and was told “he looks fine” and sent on his way. Would not give a script for Tamiflu bc “he’s not high risk with cancer or other life altering conditions” and according to her he doesn’t need a note for school, just contact your pediatricians office. I wish I could get a refund. Wha

Went to immediate care for treatment for the flu. The girls at the front desk were all very organized, friendly & helpful. Didn't have to wait long at all. The physician assistants that treated me were terrific. Also, very helpful. I went in at 8am & was out by 9:30am. Will go back if I need them. Had a good experience there. 😊

Grateful to the staff at Immediate Care at Brick Plaza. I was not feeling well. Casey greeted me at the front desk, and he put me at ease. Kandi exercised great patience and care; Krystyna demonstrated the same professionalism as the rest of the team. I recommend this facility without reservation.

I made an appointment, and I was told that appointments take priority over walk-ins. I'm sitting in the waiting room for over an hour watching all the walk-ins go before me. Why accept appointments if you are going to have to wait while people without appointments go first. Also the receptionist was a miserable women very short and annoyed with questions. I didn't get her name but I was here on Sunday December 21st at 1:15pm. I Will go elsewhere in the future or I won't get sick on the weekend.

Went in after have a fever for 24 hours, had strep, the tried to give me medication I told them 2 minutes ago I was allergic to and then proceeded to give me a medication that interacts with my heart medication. The pharmacist who I tried to pick it up from explained that it could give me life threatening arrhythmias. And when I called them to confront them about it they told me I would have to wait at least 3 days for the dr that saw me to be back in office instead of trying to rectify the situation they put me in. Or they said I could come back and be re examined by another dr. Idk about you but in this economy I’m not paying twice for the same strep consult at a walk in within 24 hours. Would not recommend coming here, seems to be very inexperienced medical professionals even tho the st
