He truly went above and beyond to help me secure a prescription that required coordination between my doctor and insurance company. What could have been a frustrating process, and it was at first, but he turned into a smooth one because he took the time to make calls, follow up, and make sure everything was handled properly. Thanks to his effort, I’m now able to start a medication that will be life-changing for my health. I can't say thank you enough. What really stands out is the level of personal care. I switched from my previous pharmacy after having issues with long waits on refills for a prescription I take regularly. This pharmacy was very helpful in transferring my prescriptions and got my medication refilled very quickly. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and professional and it feels more personal going to a small pharmacy close to home. After calling literally 8 other pharmacies within a one hour drive, I stumbled upon them thanks to a Facebook post. They were incredibly helpful from the get-go. They had some system issues that weren't allowing my prescription to be sent thru, and they called and communicated with me every step of the way. From calling their system operator to figure things out, to calling my doctor to get the proper forms sent thru, they were incredibly helpful. They definitely have earned my business!!
