Imaging Center Palm Court

I recently had to have a breast biopsy due to a suspicious mammogram. Nurse Luisa and Dr. Mizrachi were amazing. They told me everything that would happen before they began and were so reassuring! This was my first time using Palm Court Imaging Center and I will definitely use this facility again in the future.

Lourdes was great. I had the incorrect time and she still fitted me in. She was very personable and professional. I was done before I knew it because it went by so smoothly. I would definitely schedule with her again. The location was also very clean and the front staff was friendly.

FANTASTIC service!! Scott, the X-Ray Technician was absolutely wonderful. He was caring, showed emapthy, and made the whole process easy and worry free! Delray Imaging was fast, easy, and professional. My mom was able to get an appointment quickly, and the check-in process was seamless. The representative who checked my mom in, was customer centric and kind, similar to Scott. She noticed my mom was cold and provided a warm blanket! The results were sent to my doctor sooner than expected. If you need imaging done without the long wait times of a hospital, this is the place to go!

I received excellent care at the Imaging Center Palm Court. Stacy, Louisa, Lourdes, and Dr. M were wonderful. They took the time to explain all steps of the procedure and made sure I was doing well during the whole thing. After care instructions were detailed and so very helpful. Even the gentleman that registered me was very pleasant and professional. Reception could improve in being a bit more welcoming when arriving.

This center is not crowded, phone scheduling is done properly. My check-in process with Fred was very friendly and polite. Fred was efficient and careful not to waste my time. My chest x-ray was performed by Angie. She informed me that she is a student. She handled herself like an experienced veteran radiographer. She explained the procedure and took excellent PA and Lateral rays of my chest. I am a retired Radiologist so I know good quality X-rays. Her proctor, The X-ray technologist Mike, oversaw the exam and confirmed that Angie did a great job with the X-ray examination. Mike also is very professional and still friendly and caring. In conclusion, this was an efficient, effective, enjoyable experience at the Imaging Center at Palm Court. I am happy that I chose this center fo
