They are the nicest staff and Drs. They make you feel like you really matter!! Super easy to talk to or get any type of info, I have 3 of my children getting braces with his practice, and soon my other children. I tell everyone they should go here for braces also super affordable and so understanding 10000/10 recommend

Since Dr. Lowe left, this place is turning into a dump. The staff are horrendous, they're rude. Their prices have gone up by over 200%. They don't offer the incentives to everybody that is a patient there. They like to blame other people. Suggesting that when you pay your bill, they were giving you a discount as a favor that doesn't make sense. I called my own dentist to tell him to ask him if he would kindly stop referring here. Because my dentist would be completely devastated to see how doctor Lowe's business is being ran into the ground. You ladies, keep on doing that. It's unfortunate that your customer's service. It's trash.

Not sure what happened with this office. It was highly recommended to me by my dentist who had worked with Dr Lowe for so many years….but turned out to be a very bad experience! The doctor and staff are nice but they do NOT get the job done! My kid’s treatment was suppose to last one year… it took 6 month for invisiglin trays to arrive. Then a year later after finishing the “treatment”, the teeth did not move where wanted them to move. So we decided to do a second treatment (I did not have to pay more).. All we have to do is wait for the new trays to arrive…that took another 8 months later. During these 8 months, I made tens of calls, stopped by the office several times, and I got nothing but vague answers, no time commitment.. nothing other than “we will let you know when your trays arri

I would never get braces from this place again. I had to cancel since my daughter was sick. The next appointment available? 6 weeks away. So I literally just paid $100 a month for my daughter not to get any services done for the month. And dont even get me started on their clovis location. Its grimmy I would never recommend this place and hoping I could get out of my contract for both my daughters. Do not come here.

I was excited to take my son for a consultation. When I get there everything is good. But once I got taken to a room with my son a nice lady talked to me a bit about braces, then she left. Another lady came in like if no one was in the room no greeting nothing. Then she left and came back and sat in front of me without acknowledging I was there. Then she talks to the other female and says I’ll try to do an X-ray but mom will need to get out… I was in front of her I don’t understand why she couldn’t tell me herself if I can step out? Anyways I get out for a moment and then go back and the nice female says Dr can’t see your son because we need a X-ray and they send me to my dentist. I was like don’t you guys suppose to take the X-rays? She replies our machine is not working. Never saw a DR.
