The entire office of professionals are amazing. The are very very patient and take time to listen and resolve your health problems. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a PCP to please look into IMA for their PCP. I am highly satisfied with my care team

My personal experience with Dr. Betsy Negron Santana has been nothing but respect for both parties. She listens to me. I listen to her. There is nothing more comforting. She’s a Doctor who is an advocate. I changed my insurance when IMA didn’t accept my old insurance carrier anymore, I lost some benefits when I switched, and I still decided IMA group was worth it. God willing I will be a patient as long as possible. So accommodating so grateful.

Christine was amazing and very professional and kind and compassionate and Dr Negron is always and has been the best doctor ever. I love this place.!!!!!

I went in there because my doctor left out of town to go to another state. So my mother recommended this doctor she's great. She's wonderful. She'll help you every way she can period I get in there. Take all my medicines show her what I was taking Not only does she want me to go all the way to Barto to get a antidepressant, she wants me to go to a pain management Doctor just to get my headache medicine. She wants me to go to a site Doctor for my classipaman. For my insomnia, who knows, this is the worst place I have ever been in my life. I will never ever go back there again. I would not let these people touch me with a tip. If I was dying, you tell me, how can my mother get all of her prescriptions prescribed right there, antidepressants included, but I have to go all the way to Bartow

I'm a very interesting case load for the Doctors at the IMA office in WinterHaven, they have been very professional and understanding, the staff is polite and efficient at there jobs, i'm very happy with my current Dr. Karol Fortich he's honestly treating me for my numerous issue's funny how God can work in your life if you let Him I would recommend this group of health care providers to my family if they lived in Florida check them out you'll be happy about it !!
