Karen and Chris were outstanding from start to finish. They were calm, compassionate, and extremely thorough while evaluating my sick and uncomfortable daughter. The double ear infection was diagnosed promptly, and the treatment plan was explained clearly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a physician who balances medical expertise with such genuine care, especially with children. We felt supported and well taken care of throughout the visit. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the urgent care service I received here last night. Long story short: I hit on the car door corner when I opened my car door last evening, which caused a laceration on my right eyebrow. Although the bleeding stopped shortly after, the cut looked pretty deep. So I went to IM at 7:20 pm (they close at 8 pm). I was seen by the Michelle at 7:45 pm and she stitched me up. She did a very good job as far as I can tell. She closed the edges perfectly. The whole process was smooth and her bedside manner was awesome!

Absolute terrible experience. They basically i’ll shoot you back into one of the rooms after 40 minutes of waiting I checked in with an appointment which apparently doesn’t mean anything at this place. 40 minutes sitting in the waiting room no updates told him I had an hour and a half prior to pick up the child no updates or anything. When I told him I was leaving I told him I would’ve appreciated an update of some sort they said this is urgent care the lady with the perm and it’s to be expected that I am not updated and should just wait with no updates from my doctor or anybody else I have my two kids with me it was a complete waste of time my kid had a broken hand and very little support there will not be coming back ever again

I’ve had generally positive experiences at this office, but I would really appreciate seeing more doctor presence during visits. Most of my appointments have been handled by PAs, who are kind and professional, but sometimes I feel that certain concerns would benefit from a doctor’s direct evaluation. Increasing the availability or visibility of the physicians could really improve patient confidence and overall care.
