I am a new patient I called this office multiple times. They kept telling me that they will call me for the appointment. This is the only Doctor's clinic that when you call for appointment they call you back for appointment. Every clinic they give you appointment t right away! Even though it's few months later! They never call I have to call them all the time. This is crazy I will call my Doctor and change my referral. Horrible.

The office is very nice. Their customer service is great. The physical therapy assistant, Pierce, was knowledgeable and very insightful. I felt a difference from the 1st visit. The only thing that surprised me was that my initial PT evaluation was over the phone with Dr. Kaminsky. The duration was like 10 minutes. I had physical therapy before, and I worked in a medical field for 11 years but have never seen anything like that the evaluation should really be evaluation but mine was like quick interview to get me through the door. I was so disappointed after the PT evaluation that I was going to cancel my follow-up appointment, but I decided to give them one more chance. I am honestly happy I gave the assistant Pierce a chance because he was able to help me and resolve my issue. Thank you,

They just want to bill your insurance company not help you! Sure they are nice and personable but in the months I went to them, I never did a single exercise, not even a stretch. It dawned on me a little over half way through that I had never gone in nor had I EVER seen anyone use the exercise room for exercise. Instead there is a table for a patient to get their massage and stimulation treatment. When I ran out of sessions, never heard from them again.

Dr. Kaminsky treated me with regular PT for arthritis in my knee but after a month when that didn't work he tried several other techniques including a new one that I think was laser related and it cured my knee! It took less than a month of 2 visits per week. I have recommended him often.

I was recently treated for both a back and neck injury. They did not do a great job or either and would not give me treatments for both on the same visit. It was extremely frustrating and anti-productive. And when I requested copies of my medical reports and billing they gave me an extremely hard time. Never supplied the documents requested! I would not recommend them for your care, not if your goal is Inprovement.
