Disappointing customer service. I sent in my 18 year old to the office alone since she was home from college to check on a possible tooth issue and a cleaning. She was running late due to being stuck in a snowy parking spot (3 days after the blizzard). She called to say she is 10 minutes late, they told her to still come. When she arrived they then changed their minds. At only 15 minutes late they suddenly decided she was too late and would not see her until two hours later which she could not do. So she had to literally turn around and go home and not be seen before her return to college the next day. Even after telling her to come in. Very disappointed. Meanwhile we have both been to this office many times with no prior issues. I myself have been 15 minutes late and been seen

I absolutely love this dentist office! From the staff who works managing the front desk to each dental tech, and every dentist I truly find this place superb. Anytime I had a dental emergency or not they are always able to get me in for an appointment quickly, which when you have a toothache is extremely urgent. This office is hygienic and clean, and they have the best of the updated equipment. Dr. Mayleen is excellent, and has such a gentle touch. She explains everything to you in detail. and allows you to ask as many questions needed to satisfy you in a calm way. I enjoy the professionalism at this office and most importantly the kindness of the team that works here.

I really love IllustraDent! Sally is beyond amazing and provides excellent service. She is patient and makes me feel very comfortable. The admins up front all do a great job coordinating with insurance and keeping up with appointment scheduling and reminders. I'm very grateful for the entire team.

I was referred by a friend, and very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness. The young lady at the front desk was very patient friendly, and informative. I did not feel rushed in the intake process whatsoever. The medical assistant was also very friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything that I needed to do and the next steps forward to resolving my issues. I would highly recommend Illustra Dent to family and friends

The ladies at the front are pleasant and helpful, always great to see them. They have great techs, and Dr. Ayala has the greatest set of hands for dealing with teeth. She is kind and patient!! Knows what she is doing 100% The staff is very welcoming and all on top of their job!
