If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would do it. I received the WORST "medical" treament ever by this "clinic". I arrived with ankle pain and they provided me an ankle brace with a referral for two MRIs. Almost TWO months later, I never had the MRIs or any referral to a medical doctor. I had to go Emergency Room for a second time due to persistent pain on my ankle. They found that I HAD a fracture on my ankle that was NEVER diagnosed or treated. I have been crying for the last two nights of pain. The worst of the worst...

I went in for a back injection and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and the procedure was much less painful than what people were telling me it would be. It was also much quicker than I anticipated. I highly recommend ION.

Avoid this place! I had a scat done and multiple WEEKS went by with no up from the PA. I called numerous times requesting an update on the scans only to be met with excuses and lies. They do not care about patient care here and at.

Just left my consultation and my experience here was phenomenal. Busy day and was taken care of in a promptly matter. The staff is so kind and welcoming. So many pretty ladies with pretty smiles and with good energy. I give them all props because some of their patients were a handful today. Regardless of how rude some patients were to them, they all handled themselves professionally and respectful.

Excellent office and they are PROFESSIONAL! The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. The doctor is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. I can not speak more highly of each and every one of them. This clinic really strives to give the best care possible to each of their patients. They took the time to explain every detail of my treatment, and I felt like I was in safe hands throughout! A PLUS is that they have the cleanest bathroom of all clinics I have ever been to :)
