I was feeling very comfortable. the office is very clean, the staff is so friendly and the Nurse Practitioner (Rubi) has the best bedside manner, I couldn’t have been any happier with this appoint. She listens to all of your concerns and she explains everything in very clear way.

I see Ruby who is always very friendly and listens to your concerns. She takes the time to explain options and that you are comfortable with next steps. The staff is also great with check in/out.

The full body exam was very rushed. I have had full body exams before, and the doctor would talk about and explain quite a few of the spots, lumps, and bumps that were on my body. I should have wrote down my three major concerns, because one was missed. But I think had the exam been more thorough, the doctor would’ve seen it herself. At the checkout desk, I asked the person to write down the name of the growth that the doctor had treated. She printed out one page from my record. Yes, that page did contain the name I was looking for, but there was also notes from the doctor. The notes talked about how she thoroughly discussed with me about using SPF and her recommendations. I had my annual skin check with Allison Manley. Skin check went well and I felt comfortable while she was checking me. I asked about having a couple of growths removed. She explained what the process would be and answered all of my questions. I also asked about the darkening area under my eyes and she recommended a product I could purchase. The other staff members that I interacted with were also nice. I was very happy with my experience here.
