Ikids Pediatrics Turkey Lake

I had an appointment scheduled at the Turkey Lake office, and without notifying me, it was switched to another location. Because I was never informed of this change, I arrived on time to the original office and ended up losing my appointment. This was not due to anything on my end - it was a clear scheduling and communication failure. As a parent, this is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially when dealing with pediatric care. I hope management addresses this issue, as better communication could easily prevent situations like this in the future

The doctors are incredible... the nurses are super attentive, but the reception is TERRIBLE! I live in another city and I really want my daughter to be seen by Dr. Márcia, because she's exceptional... but unfortunately, I have to go through ABSOLUTE stress until I can get through to the receptionists over the phone, and when I do, they're rude, crude, and mocking! Very sad, because the medical staff is incredible!

I've been trying to get somebody in this office for WEEKS so I can have my son's medical records forwarded to his new medical provider for an upcoming appointment. Nobody answers or returns calls. Nobody answers their emails. I'd like to add that dealing with this office as a first time mom was an uncomfortable nightmare every single step of the way. They are disturbingly disorganized for a pediatric office (they sent somebody ELSE'S medical records to my mailing address.... TWICE). Almost every interaction I've had with their staff was saturated with microaggressions. I would never recommend this office to a new mom, especially not a woman of color and I'm hoping that I can get my son's records sent so I can be DONE with them.

Great Doctors but the WORST costumer service I've seen in a clinic. Me and my wife have been trying to get my daughters medical records so she can go to school for over a month now. Always directed to leave a message and never got a call back. The one time I was able to speak with someone was by dialing 3 (appointments) and the lady said she would send it over, never received it. Attempted to call them several times and again no response. Calls don't even connect. Once I drove all the way from my house to them on the line waiting, that's a 45 min drive, and by the time a got there the front desk was playing with her pen. Think carefully before choosing them as your kid will spend little time in those rooms with the doctors (each are great) but you have to be dealing with the WORST costum

I posted my review earlier very frustrated. Their team worked together and returned our calls and are working with us. I said to stay away but their doctors are great, just the costumer service t wouldn’t answer calls or would answer and act rude.
