iKids Pediatric Dentistry - Waxahachie

We had such a wonderful experience!! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My 2-year-old had zero complaints, which says everything! The staff was so patient and gentle with him, explaining everything in a way that made him feel comfortable and safe. What I really appreciated was how they were both patient and efficient. We never felt rushed, but the appointment was quick and smooth (which is perfect for toddlers!). Highly recommend to any parents looking for a caring, positive dental experience for their little ones! 🦷💛

TEERIBLE FIRST WXPERIENCE—WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This was an awful first experience at this Pediatric Dentistry in Waxahachie. My two children (ages 5 and 4, one of whom is autistic) were so excited for their dental visit, but what happened left me completely shocked and upset. My husband and I brought both kids so one of us could be with each child. I briefly stepped out to change my baby, and when I returned, I was told I was no longer allowed to go back with my children because of a “one parent only” policy. I explained I had two small children back there. I was told I could sit in a consult room while both of my children — including my autistic child — were taken back. We had the very best experience at iKids Pediatric Dentistry! Making the appointment over the phone was easy. Our reception upon arrival was warm and friendly. The staff was very attentive and thorough. Our dentist answered all our questions and was obviously at ease withe our two and a half year old granddaughter. Our pediatrician recommended this office and I am so glad we followed her advice. No dental trauma at this practice. Thanks to all the folks at iKids!

Soooo much better than my last 3 visits! Granted I have 4 kids and I understand I may be there for a while but in the past it would take forever! Usually only 1 hygienist, 1 dentist, 1/2 the staff would be present and a full load of patients! This time there were 2 hygienists, full staff and 2 dentists! They were getting people in and out but still taking great care of all the patients. Way to go on changing the atmosphere and professionalism. My Family of 6 were happy campers minus the 5 cavities 🤗

This was or first time to this Dental practice and I am very impressed! They were so kind and worked well with both my kiddos! Especially with a child of some trauma who doesn’t particularly like to be touched they were absolutely amazing! Thank you to all the staff!
