We had the best experience at IKids! My two and three year old loved getting their teeth cleaned. The staff was so friendly.

We were seen exactly at our scheduled appointment time with no delay in the waiting area, and the staff remained courteous and welcoming throughout the entire visit. This level of punctuality and customer service has made us confident in staying with this provider, and we hope this standard of care continues in future appointments.

My child had a dental emergency and I called their emergency number right at 5pm, 5:01 and 5:02. Each time line would hang up after ringing a while. Since it was an emergency I ended up finding another place that actually answered the phone and my child received great treatment. At 6:15pm, a woman called me back from this dental office and said she had 3 missed calls from me and then asked me if I had an emergency. I told yes, but over an hour ago and I got help somewhere else. Instead of sounding apologetic and empathetic she said well you called right when we closed. I don’t see how that has anything to do with not answering the emergency line and calling over an hour later. Kinda a good place but my brother is 5 and there was a major miscommunication another anesthesia group was paid and we were told last minute within a week of the appointment. inside is great, staff is great but I am mad as any parent/sibling would be. I would've highly recommended this place before but now If any kid needs anesthesia I wouldn't take them here as this is extremely unacceptable as his teeth has been hurting and he's 5 and now we'll probably have to push the appointment back and it seems like they don't even care.
