I scheduled an appointment after being told the practitioner was not a concierge practice. I was required to pay a $250 deposit to book the initial visit, which I did, with the understanding that the remaining $250 would be due on the day of the appointment. It was only during the appointment itself that I was informed the practice was converting to a full concierge model. Had I been given the courtesy of advance notice, I would have cancelled the appointment. Instead, I was charged the full $500 for an intake visit under circumstances that were not disclosed beforehand. I made multiple requests for some form of compensation or resolution, all of which were ignored. This lack of transparency and follow-up was very disappointing.

Dr Brett is the MAN. I’m 41 years old and in the best shape of my life. Lowest body fat % of my life (12%) and having more energy now than I did 10 years ago.
