One star is being generous. My boyfriend went to this office because he was actually concerned about his symptoms, and they treated him like he was some kind of inconvenience. Instead of doing their job and listening, they made snarky, condescending comments like “We see 80 cases like you every day” and “Get used to it, it’s Western PA.” That’s not just unprofessional it’s simply flat out rude and lazy. No one goes to the doctor for fun, and acting like patients are dramatic or annoying for asking for help is ridiculous. He left feeling completely dismissed which is unacceptable in any setting. Seems to get worse everytime i have to go. No compassion, no regard for anxiousness. RUDE nurse. The PA was kind, and understanding. If she doesn't like frivolous minor inconveniences she should work somewhere more exciting like an actual emergency room. B*

Rude and condescending older female doctor. I’ve been here 5-6 times and gotten her twice next time asking if she is in before staying. She specializes in making people feel like idiots. She acted like everything I have done at home to treat myself is all wrong and I just need to “wait it out”. I’ve seen her twice and cried both times. Then I have been the one actually correct both times. Both times she acted like I wasn’t actually sick and both times the tests they ran proved I actually was. First time last spring was strep most recently was covid. Both times that she realized she was wrong she quickly ended the appointment and left the room for the nurse to wrap things up with me. She’s one of those people who makes you feel stupid with a smile on her face. Awful experience.

Horrible. Had to go there cuz Dr Hoyt had staff quit & couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. Front desk was rude. Waited 2 hours for wound on my foot. They said it was fungal, gave cream & did culture. Dr was yawning & asked if i had yeast infection & i said “no” & he responded “dont put your foot in your hooha”…very unprofessional. Culture came back as Staph infection. They wouldnt give antibiotic until culture said what antibiotics would work. I got that culture result on my chart & they said they still didnt have it & still wouldnt give antibiotic. In meantime, im hoping it doesnt turn sepsis. Staff seems very overworked, tired & burnt out.

If I could give 0 stars I would- by far the least friendlest urgent care I'd ever been to. The receptionist was probably the most unfriendly, the second would be who took me to my room and got my information & etc. Also the lady who took me for X-rays was also as cold as the other staff. However the nurse practitioner was nice, which I guess is something decent. They just don't seem to be happy to be there, or to have you there for that matter. I couldn't avoid this visit unfortunately as I needed an X-ray or I would have picked somewhere else.
