🌟 Exceptional Care at iHeart Dentistry - Highly Recommend Dr. Eliza! 🌟 I cannot recommend iHeart Dentistry in Anaheim enough! A dear friend recommended Dr. Eliza, and I am so grateful they did. Informing them of a broken crown, the team immediately demonstrated exceptional customer service by scheduling me the very next day. This quick action was a huge relief and truly appreciated. I also want to specifically highlight that I did not have dental insurance at the time, and the office was incredibly accommodating and still worked me in immediately. After Dr. Chen left, things change for bad, they do not even answer the phone. I had called them on two different occasions and phone rings and rings and they are "too busy to answer the phone" Can anyone recommend a new place?

After Dr. Chen left, this place is trash. The only thing awesome that’s left is Maria the dental assistant. Technology depicted in the pictures is false advertisement they don’t have that equipment at this office. The dental assistant they have there is over worked and this place would not run without her. Went for a crown and I’m going on a fifth try and they still can get it right! It’s poor work after poor work. The Dr. who started my crown no longer works there and we can guess why! Dr who took over is on her second attempt to replace a crown.They also jump around from patient to patient without finishing one at a time. Their office availability isn’t consistent either they open like twice a week at times. Don’t bother coming here unless maybe a cleaning.

Very warm and professional. Even if i reside in the valley, i do not mind going here. The dentist is very calm and technical. The assistant too! The clinic’s ambiance is so tranquil. They listen to good music! R&B d wave. It helped me relax a lot!
