IEP Urgent Care Jackson West

The care was good and staff was friendly. However the lobby was dark and the lights were off and care was extremely slow compared to other urgent care facilities in the area. I was roomed and worked with the MA fairly quickly, but then had to wait close to an hour to meet with the PA. She was a bit soft spoken and difficult to hear, but her care bedside manner was nice. I had x-rays and she put a split on my foot using casting material. It was still wet when I left. It was very difficult to walk in and I couldn't get my shoe on. I nearly fell in the parking lot because of it. Plus it was freezing cold outside. The visit took about 2 to 2.5 hours. My husband comment that it was as slow as an ER room. This clinic is easy to access, attractive and spotlessly clean. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. I was seen by Dr Bullach who after testing diagnosed my complaint and recommended therapy. Dr Bullach explained my condition and made sure I fully understood his recommendations. I appreciated his concern and valued his professional approach and competence. An excellent experience. Thank you.

They were not busy and at a convenient location for me. I thought I would have to bring in my insurance information and fill out paperwork. I was happy to discover that they had all my information from Henry Ford. They were quick getting me in to see the doctor. Everyone i encountered were very nice. Great experience.

It was a great experience. The nurse and Dr were both great taking care to of me. They were caring, knowledgeable and gave me the meds I needed to feel better. I love the fact that they are hooked to MyChart, it makes things so easy when you are sick and can’t think of everything you need to tell them. Thank you!

My MA and Dr Dyc and all the staff are wonderful. They’re compassionate and their treatment is always the best. They listen to your symptoms and that’s important. Don’t hesitate to go here. You won’t be disappointed!!!
