IEP Urgent Care Jackson

10/10 would recommend. Walked in immediately greeted, friendly, very clean. System was down but they didn’t turn us away. Wasn’t panic or rudeness because there day wasn’t going just right. Didn’t know there was an issue until they even said anything. Was very quick to make it back to a room. Very clean in the back as well. Provider was amazing, quick, very patient as we had a lot going on and was having my son checked at the same time. She answered every question, listen to help us figure out the best treatment for the both of us. I had to get X-rays and me and my son had to get flu/covid tests. Quick result was and was out the door give or take an hour/2 hours for everything we had done. After leaving the provider called me to discuss trying a medication she thought would help but didn’t

I was seen and treated on Monday. Starting with the receptionist. She was very friendly and considerate. Then from there Hailey took me to a room and very professionally took down my reasons for being seen that day. Then I was diagnosed for my condition by Doctor Pete Bulloch. Doctor Bulloch showed a very sincere interest in trying to get me back to some type of a normalcy!! He was very considerate, compassionate and super attentive to my needs!! I scheduled an appointment the day before and was seen quicker than walking-in as I’d previously done. Despite arriving early, my wait was only about 10 minutes. The nurses and staff were polite and friendly. The exam room wait was short too. Family Nurse Practitioner Kimberlee was attentive and understanding. The treatment involved two shots in the….behind, but it was worth it. She prescribed medications that relieved my symptoms. I’m happy with the experience and highly recommend this Urgent Care clinic!

I am so impressed with IEP! They run things so professionally! You hardly have a wait at all, and they are very thorough. The staff makes you feel welcome and very comfortable. I was treated by Peter Bullach, MD. He was great! This will definitely be my urgent care going forward.

The wait time was short. The doctor seemed very concerned and knowledgeable about my issue. She paid close attention to what we were saying. Even gave advice if my issue didn't start getting better in a few days. Very satisfied with the staff and her.
