IEP Urgent Care Ferndale

Excellent care given here. If you have starting symptoms of anything that have been going on for more that 4 days come here. They take your symptoms seriously and will actively call you back to make sure your ok. 10/10

I was seen in less than half an hour and everyone was so friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I'm very happy with my treatment from both the nurse and the doctor I saw, and would definitely go again. They were quick but explained everything thoroughly. They honestly went out of their way to not just treat me, but to put me in better spirits and make sure I left with no questions.

Excellent professional staff. I was seen right away. I was feeling horrible and couldn't take this current sickness that is floating around and they saved me from the pain of coughing, terrible headache, chest ache and just all around sickness. I disagree with the requirement to fill out forms (even if nothing new to update) and pay (sometimes more than insurance says you owe) before being seen / checked out by a doctor– it seems a bit inhumane to prolong suffering for some paperwork. Also the accessibility statement on their site is great but doesn't ring true when the contact email for it provides an 'Address not found' response. No way to send a message through their site either. I will add that I recall them being kind and having a nice poster. I am also confused why they did not make the building more accessible if they built or majorly renovated from the prior structure, especially since they're in the medical industry and aware of disabled folks' existence.

This was the best urgent care I have been to in Michigan east or west! I was able to be seen within an hour of requesting a time slot online. The staff and physician were friendly helpful and answered all my questions. Plus very clean which was key for me. I’m sharing IEP with my family. Thanks for all your help!
