I have to let people know how bad coordinated this business is. I’ve never seen a service so inconsistent and mediocre like this. Customer services it’s not efficient in the sense that they can’t give you a certain answer regarding product inventory or shipping timing. Besides, communication seem to be misleading, the say that they have availability I’ve made a purchase so that the item an be send asap and three days later I called to verify the information they simply say oh sorry we didn’t have the medicine your package won’t go out until next shipment day. Also prices for shipping are outrageously high- I paid to have it send fast and 10 days later past and still not a word that the package arrived. Really bad - i definitely will use your competitors next time.

Best Pharmacy in town anyone who says different is just sore because they couldn't get away with something Illegal. This independent pharmacy is family owned and most of their associates have been working there for over 15 yrs. They care about your health and you will be treated like a human no matter your ethnicity, race, religion, gender etc.. I will go back every time.

If you are in need of sending meds to Cuban friends or relatives I highly suggest Idel!! Close friends of mine in Cuba reached out to me because one of them has asthma and could not get his medication. I researched for like three weeks unsure of how to go about sending medication and then I found Idel. At first I was a little worried because it felt TOO simple, but they sent me a pic of the receipt and meds. I was told it would probably be two weeks before they recieved the items. I purchased on a Saturday and got notification from my friends that they received it on the following Monday!! How that is even possible idk, but I am very happy with my service!

I asked a question and was put on hold and they picked up the phone didnt say anything other then have a good day and was hung up on so I called back to see why I was hung up on and he would even let me say anything other the hi i was just on hold , and then he started going in

Just nasty rude and need to get better with customer service
