IDeal Urgent Care

I honestly don't know why there's hate on this practice. The doctor is excellent and very kind; funny too! Great bedside manner. Staff seem patient and caring. I have been to this office 2-3 times now for various respiratory winter illnesses and I'm in and out within 30mins. Highly recommend and I will return if I need to.

All staff were kind and courteous. The doctor listened and was very kind. I received a breathing treatment in the office and felt better right away. I felt the prescribed medications addressed all of my symptoms. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Love the Doctor here he’s all about his patients & old school ways. Always learn a new thing from him when my family comes, is a bonus. They open at 8:30am so read the forms at the door, I missed it lol FYI they don’t take calls from block numbers.

Took my infant here instead of Valley Children's, because I figured it would be better. We arrive at the practice and there's no front office staff, after a couple of minutes she's on the phone with a patient and completing my check-in where she tells the patient on the phone they're seeing they're last person for the day. it was no later than 4:30 pm, they close at 7pm. The doctor comes to see my 10 month old (very congested, and wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious). He basically tells me that "he's my first" and wasn't really doing much that we weren't already doing at home. He tells me he doesn't wanna prescribe the baby too much medicine, and it'll be ready in an hour at cvs. surprise: it wasn't, the pharmacy never called me and they don't open until Friday.
