Wonderful service and great staff. My health has improved within a month of starting treatment. The ladies upfront are very nice. Dana and Jesus are very compassionate and personable. They all have made my experience very pleasant. I travel over a hour for treatment. Highly recommend, they are very accommodating to my schedule and needs!

Jade is excellent provider and delivers great care; however, the front office staff is often rude and unhelpful. There also seems to be a lack of communication, as different staff members provide conflicting information. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment unless you are able to wait two months

We have been with Jayde since she opened. She is a wonderful understanding and caring person. But the front staff is impossible to work with. I have a daughter that was in the ER twice. We were put on a cancellation list the first time but NEVER received a call. The second time now we are waiting for an appointment that’s two months out and on the cancellation list again. I have begged for an appointment and a possible return call from Jayde but I don’t think she is receiving the message. We have left multiple messages that are not given to her. I have paperwork that needs filled out and the staff refuses to ask for that either. If this paperwork isn’t filled out by the end of this month I will be homeless. One simple 10 minute appointment and a piece of paper is all I need. The receptioni
