Ideal Dental Winter Park

This place is awesome! A little background... I had really bad experiences with dentists in the past so my dental health is awful and I was really embarrassed to let anyone see my teeth. But from the moment I walked in the staff was great, very welcoming and professional, they made me feel like they really care and were super understanding. It was just my first appointment of many to come but I can say i have finally found a place i feel comfortable. The dental assistants and the dentist himself were amazing and can't wait to get the rest of the work done, plus they have many payment options, including financing for basically anyone. I can definitely say if you are looking for a clean, relaxing, state of the art and professional dentist, this is the place. Thank you guys, see you soon!

I was visiting family in Orlando and had a dental issue that needed immediate attention. The team at Ideal Dental Winter Park did a terrific job! They got me in the next day, were friendly and professional, communicated effectively and clearly, and did good work on my dentistry needs. 👍👍👍

Incompetent...I went for my appointment and I was told that it was cancelled because I didn't confirm. However I never received an email or a voice message or a text message requesting me to confirm my appointment. I went to the office and I confirmed that they did have my correct contact information which they did. The only conclusion I can come to is that they made a mistake and did not contact me and are saying they did or my phone and email decided not to work which is very unlikely. Also the staff including the Dentist told me to leave the office and take my conversation elsewhere we were done they turned around and walked away.

Started with them because of an emergency dental procedure. Their Saturday hours brought me in, but the people and excellent service made me a new patient. They're very supportive through the process and provide excellent communication on the treatment and payment side of things. Very satisfied with my care.

They all were very kind and caring and didn't make me anxious at all. We have made a plan how to fix my teeth and they helped me to find financing so a better smile is in my near future.
