Ideal Dental Winston-Salem

Since last year, I prefer Gracie & Dr Jackson. Gracie has been through every appointment with me except 2, where I had to have another assistant & then I was on the other side for a cleaning, but I will always make sure Gracie is by my side though every appointment, if not I will make my appointments out later for a day she is here. I’m very thankful for this girl & Dr Jackson. The staff up front is so sweet and great, most know me already, and it’s so nice they can have me checked in when I walk through the door. My anxiety is high when I come to the dentist, but Gracie & Dr Jackson make it so much better. I def recommend Dr Jackson & his assistant Gracie to anyone I know, and to make sure to have them two! They are def the best.

This was my first visit and everyone was super nice and welcoming. I actually knew one of the girls from when she was a little girl so that was awesome. They insured me that they was going to take care of me so far so good I will keep my review updated as I go along this process.

Dr. Henry Jackson was amazing he was very gentle and made sure my experience was on point. I had a very bad experience with a previous root canal and was very scared. Dr. Henry ensured me that he would make sure this experience was different and he did. Thank you Dr. Henry. My day started off with Marsha which was the dental assistant she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She set the tone for my day and made it feel so much better. This duo work so well together. I will make them my go to and I really appreciate them both for the gentle care and kindness they provided. See yall soon❤️

This was my first visit to Ideal Dental and I was so impressed. The professionalism of the staff is in incredible. They are so friendly, helpful, polite so well informed and trained. 5 stars is not enough. Dr. Jackson is just wonderful , the best. He explained everything, options, prices, procedures. He took my health into consideration which is one of the most important things in any doctor . The staff helped with insurance and payment information. I was provided with all my costs and coverages. Dr Jackson was great and very gentle I didn’t even know that he was done with my procedure. Can’t remember his assistant that helped but her name started with a J and the said she was part time well she was wonderful as well. I thank you guys soooo much you guys rock. And don’t let me forget about Marsha she was great as well. Thank you guys you are great team
