I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole at Ideal Dental in St. Cloud, who is part of the orthodontics team, for the amazing job she did with my daughter Caralyn today. Her customer service, personality, and overall way of being truly exceeded expectations. She made the experience comfortable, welcoming, and positive from start to finish. The time and care she put into her interaction meant a lot to us. Great customer service is extremely important to me wherever I go, and Nicole absolutely delivered. I'm compelled to share my exceptional experience at Ideal Dental, where I've had the pleasure of visiting three times this year. From my initial appointment in September, I was impressed by the outstanding service provided by Dr. F and the entire staff. Gloria, in particular, stood out for her kindness. I appreciate their patience and understanding, as they accommodated my need to attend to a work matter during my appointment. Dr. F's professionalism, combined with her caring nature, has earned my trust, and I would follow her anywhere. It's inspiring to see a young doctor excel in her field.

Had a dental emergency on Christmas week; a chipped tooth that started to progressively get worse & more sensitive. They were the only ones who squeezed me in on a Saturday during the holiday… They did an amazing job, and gained a new client. I can only imagine they did such a wonderful job as a walk in, then imagine on one of their regular clients. Already scheduled my next visit. Thank you Dr. Figueroa & her entire amazing staff!

The receptionist was extremely nice and all the staff was really friendly and amazing. I was super nervous about my tooth pain and extraction but it was really fast and they took very good care of me. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been here about I think 3 times this year and every time it’s been great! I recently saw Dr. Figueroa, she’s great, very attentive to details and got me the results I was hoping for. Alexandra is also great she’s been my hygienist this year and she is very delicate but effective. Gloria assisted Dr. Figueroa and she did a great job as well.
