Ideal Dental Round Rock

They were very friendly and Dr. Mendez was someone that made u feel very comfortable and just very easy to talk to. This whole office is very warm and welcoming and that is very hard to find these days. I have not been to a Dentist in years because they made me feel stupid and were just not friendly or caring. I recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done. I already have someone at my work calling for an appointment.

Had a really great visit! Dr. Mendez did my fillings and also took care of a filling for my son, He was patient and made both of us feel comfortable. Randy gave me a super thorough cleaning and was really gentle. Michelle was awesome also friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Really appreciate the whole team. Highly recommend!

I am a new patient with this dentist office. I called, made an appointment and was able to get in within about a week. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and personable. Office is clean and updated as well. Dr. Mendez and the entire staff were AMAZING!!

The staff and doctor are AMAZING! I bring my whole family here and we always have a great visit. The staff remember whats going on with my kids and I feel like more than just a patient. I will never go anywhere else. 10/10 Recommend!

I had to get 3 cavities, a crown, and a cleaning. Lots of work and a variety. The communication from the doctors and hygienists was abysmal. They did not tell me what to expect during any of the work. No instructions on caring for a temporary crown. No communication about the process, the actual work it entails, or about follow up. Chat gpt had to answer all my questions. I'm editing my review because after the work was done my bite changed slightly and was causing discomfort, even after I left a 1 star review they were professional and honored their warranty, and allowed me to go to their Georgetown location which was a better fit for me. I paid zero dollars for the hour long appointment which was very thorough.
