Ideal Dental North Allen

Ideal Dental North Allen is great. Everyone in the office is so nice. Love the dentist & the ortho team has been wonderful during my braces journey. My experience so far has been amazing. Highly recommend

I love this place. I have been several times. My original Office on Bethany closed down so I was referred to this office off N. Central Expressway. The receptionist and billing coordinator at the front desk Michelle, she was so helpful. It made my husband. She knew everything about me before I walked in the door and worked with my insurance and loan so that everything was taken care of with minimal payment.

Unfortunately, everything but ideal is this dental office. For some reason when I went in, the receptionist could not find me on the schedule. Even after showing her the appointment confirmation that was sent to me and letting her hear the voicemail of the call for confirmation on my appointment. Which I called back and confirmed with them, and also confirmed my insurance to make sure that there would be no problems once I came in. There was no apology and If I didn’t ask her, what would be the wait time? I would’ve been sitting there for a very long time as she explained after I asked for the wait time. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I extend my gratitude to the staff at this location for their exemplary professionalism and friendliness. The process of scheduling an appointment was seamless. I arranged an appointment for a six-month dental cleaning and completed my visit in approximately 45 minutes. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Poor, rude, horrible front desk service. I made 4 appointments a month ago, me and my kids, and gave them all the requested information. Then, one day before the appointment, Michelle called around 12:30 to review some information. I had to gave her again all my information and validated with her that my appointment was confirmed. Followed up, around 4:30pm, Susanne left a voice message about my appointment being cancellated because of my lack of confirmation. "What??" I called back to understand what was going on. Susanne made me feel that all was my problem because I didn't confirmed, which I already have done so 4 hours earlier. Her tone, lack of empathy, rudeness threw me off. Since my appointment was cancelled I had to give all my information back, again, I helped her on sending her
