Cynthia and Mel at the front desk are both delightful. They will prepare you for your appointment ahead of time and call you to get your insurance and documents all set up. The hygienist is very thorough in his prophylaxis, the DMD always changes every visit, but all great and nice. This is the type of office that you work with them and they will work with you. Everyone’s schedules line up differently and I am appreciative of them trying to adapt to it. I like not being pushed into upsell tactics like Fluoride and being praised for healthy teeth. They also don’t make you feel bad if you develop cavities as other practitioners do. They will offer to get you an ortho evaluation and quote if desired. Very clean office and amazing staff that will do their best to get everything done in one vis

The entire staff at Ideal Dental on Narcoossee is AMAZING. Melissa always greets me with a smile and see me off with great conversation while I wait on my next appointment schedule, very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Roberto is always very detailed and courteous when it comes to my care, always keeps me laughing. Hassam is very courteous, professional and informative when it comes to explaining the cleaning and treatment. Keep up the great customer service 💕

Amazing staff! Amazing experience! It’s never fun going to the dentist but this was the first time I could actually say I felt cared for as a person not just a patient or a problem to solve. Cynthia is incredible. Roberto made me feel so at ease and of course Dr. Laun (Chuck). Dr. Avila was a sweetheart!! It’s rare to see a group of people enjoying themselves at work and the energy was infectious. 10/10.

I dont even know where to begin with how wonderful these folks at Idea Dental are. I've never felt so cared about at a dental office before. They were so kind and caring with my previous nerves around being in the dental chair and they went to great lengths to make me comfortable. Cynthia worked tirelessly to adjust my appointments multiple times due to me having to move overseas for the military on very short notice. Mel was so kind and patient explaining the care plan and financial expense. Dr Avila spent so much time making sure that my teeth were in good condition before my departure, walking me through the teeth that she was concerned about, and was masterful at each procedure that I needed. Roberto did a wonderful job with my crowns and made me laugh so much! Angela was so nic

Absolutely love the staff at the Lake Nona location! As soon as I enter the location Malissa gives you a warm welcome and easy check in with a smile. Amrita has been caring for my daughter with her braces since day one and has been amazing with communication and building a relationship. I appreciate these ladies during my visits and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
