Ideal Dental Kissimmee

I’ve worked in healthcare for 15 years, so I pay close attention to how a practice operates. I’ve been a patient here myself, and now my children are patients as well. From the front desk to the hygienists and the doctor, the professionalism, bedside manner, and cleanliness are excellent. The entire team is organized, attentive, and genuinely kind. My child also had a great experience with the orthodontist and her staff they were patient, thorough, and made the visit comfortable..a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr Ton is very caring, always asking how I am doing and my vertigo. She also knows my son who was also her patient before joining the military and she always ask how he’s doing. It’s good to have a doctor like her. The other dental staffs are also very good. The clinic is very clean and very modern.

Update 01/09/2026. Very disappointed with Ideal Dental’s billing and communication. Before any X-rays or procedures were done, I repeatedly asked if everything was covered, and I was reassured multiple times that it was. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. Now I receive a text message demanding $166 and the office manger I spoke to on the phone threatening to send me to collections before 30 days. No prior call, no proper explanation—just a text out of nowhere. This feels misleading and extremely unprofessional. Patients should be able to trust what they’re told about coverage. If something isn’t covered, that should be made clear before services are performed—not after, with collection threats. Very friendly and clean! The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dental hygienist and dentist were not only professional but also kind and understanding. They explained everything clearly and patiently, which really helped me feel relaxed and cared for. The office is modern, welcoming, and well-kept, and the whole visit was a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this clinic to friends and family!

This review is definitely long overdue! This is my 4th visit at Ideal Dental (Kissimmee location) and highly recommend this great place. My first visit was with Dr. Ton, she's knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very thorough. My following visits have been with May, and she's an out of this world hygienist! She makes sure you're comfortable with everything she's doing, makes sure you understand the treatment plan and recommendations. She's also very sweet, caring, kind, and truly loves what she does! My teeth feel great every time I walk out of there and I can feel and see with improvement in my teeth and gums in just 2 months.. thank you, May, for your dedication and amazing work!
