Ideal Dental Katy

After a bad experience at a different location, I was very nervous coming in, but Dr. George immediately made me feel safe and at ease. She is truly amazing, warm, patient, and incredibly caring. I had my cleaning done with Dr. Naji this week and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and I truly never thought I could feel comfortable with anyone other than Dr. George. Dr. Naji surprised me in the best way—he checked in with me often, listened carefully, and gave me breaks whenever I needed them. His kindness and understanding made the experience so much easier, and I’m really grateful for that. I’m more than happy to drive from Richmond. This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist

We love this office and everyone there, I can’t say enough about them! I’ve been taking my elderly, diabetic mother to the Katy location for almost 3 years now and they are so kind and gentle with her, always remembering our conversations from previous visits and genuinely taking good care of her. I found Ideal Dental as one of my mom’s in-network providers, we picked them because of the convenient location to her home and we picked a winner! I highly recommend visiting them.

The nicest dental office I have *ever* visited! I hadn't been to a dentist in a good 5 years and these people were so kind to me. They did everything they could (and then some) to make me comfortable and take care of me. As long as I have teeth & this office is open, I will be coming here and absolutely nowhere else.

I can't say enough good things about this dentist. From the moment you walk in the customer service is amazing . They're friendly, efficient, and really make you feel comfortable. And its incredibly convenient that they have bilingual staff who speak Spanish. It makes the place experience so much easier and more accessible. I recommend this place 100%

Thank you Ideal Dental Katy, you've been absolutely incredible with your services. First visit with a new dentist and assistant Miriam, she took x-ray for starters. And prepared me for a female dentist. Sorry, I forgot her name, but she is the only female doctor. She was very thorough. I've never had female dentist and I recommend her. Anna the receptionist was outstanding also. She, was very informative also. My daughter brought me to see the dentist, she liked all the knowledge, she booked an appointment for herself!
