Ideal Dental Frisco

I had to be seen for an emergency appointment and was able to get in the very next day. Everyone in the office was VERY kind and helpful!! A special shout-out to Dr. Nathani!! She was so sweet and took the time to explain every step of the process, even helping me research my dental insurance. I’ve been to other Ideal Dental locations that I didn’t love, but I’m SO glad I tried this location — it was a true dental experience like no other. The dental assistant and front office staff were equally supportive, going out of their way to explain billing lingo and making me feel genuinely welcome. They were delightful on the phone and just as delightful when I first walked into the office! I will definitely make this my regular office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent

My initial visit to Ideal Dental was for a toothache. The staff was friendly, courteous, and able to get me in right away with Dr. Shara Nathani, DDS. Going to the dentist is never easy you always walk in with some nerves but Dr. Nathani was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The entire team has made every visit a pleasant experience. I don’t feel like just a patient when I’m here; I feel like I’m walking into my own private dental office. They truly make me feel cared for, and the quality of their work is amazing. I had my consult a few weeks ago and the hygienist told me I needed a deep clean and I had all these diseases in my mouth so I proceeded and i paid money for the appointment. The “deep clean” was 15 minutes which I know was not a deep cleaning. The dentist looked at me teeth and said that there was nothing wrong so how can the hygienist tell me I have diseases. I went to another dentist at a different clinic and they told me I don’t have any of the diseases they listed. Very disappointed with my experience. I feel scammed to be completely honest.

I have been a patient of Ideal Dental since 2023 and started with the Garland office. I enjoyed the staff there and the staff at the Frisco location is just as friendly. From the warm welcome upon entering the very nice looking office, to the care and concern from Arie, the dental assistant and Dr. Pat, I felt the warmth and friendliness. Charmy was my hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable and she made sure I was informed with everything she did with my cleaning. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist or if you just want a dentist office that feels like family. Anissa E.

The office manager Clayton has been so helpful this time around! I’ve been going there over 10 years with Charmy as my dental cleaner and she’s always been great. Even after moving I still drive back for her ❤️
