Ideal Dental Fort Worth

From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Misty until I left 10 out of 10 would recommend!! Dr. Z and the whole staff is just AMAZING! I mean let’s face it no one likes going to the dentist, and I had to get 4 crowns on my 4 top front teeth. Dr Z and her staff made it as easy and comfortable as possible! And made me feel as though they actually cared about me and not just the $$$. Dawn Owens

Staff was friendly however——- I had came for wisdom teeth pain. They did X-rays and reviewed everything with me talked nothing about my wisdom teeth rather gave me other treatment plans for fillings, crowns & aligners. I declined everything except the “deep cleaning”. They told me I’d get a referral doctor that would call me to schedule. Never heard from him. Which I had figured already that would happen just because the lack of acknowledgement they had for my teeth that were in pain. I took it upon myself to get a second opinion the next day & go to a different dentist. Got taken care of immediately. The doctor who saw me the next day said I needed cleaning & once I told them I had it done the day before he said they didn’t do a good job & left a lot of plaque still for a “deep cleaning”

The treatment by Dr Faher and team was excellent. Procedures were well explained and efficiently done. I was really questioning if I wanted to return to this location due to previous doctors and continuous up-selling. Alejandra in the front office was helpful and concise with response regarding billing and insurance.

Was referred by a friend to Ideal Dentistry after being turned away from another dentist office. Ideal dentistry’s check in process was phenomenal. They listed on their website all insurance carriers that they accept. The new patient forms were easy to complete and were online. Additionally the office staff was friendly and the dentist was professional and thorough and I was able to be seen same day, within hours of starting the process. I really appreciate this level of professionalism in this office.

I had a filling done here 5 years ago that always felt “off.” It seemed like the doctor who did it was unsure of what to do and after the filling, the tooth was always flatter than all my other teeth. My current dentist just re-did my x-rays and found some decay UNDER the filling that the dentist at Ideal Dental gave me. I have fillings in my mouth from when I was 6 years old with no issues!
