The staff is always so friendly! We are VERY busy with middle school sports BLANCA is the best on helping us with our schedule. Power braces are awesome newest thing and they WORK! We love DR.B and all this staff I am so glad we chose ideal dental for my son!

I've been going to this location for about 4 years and Dr. Easow and the team have been wonderful. Last appointment I had accidentally come in 2 hours early for my appt and instead of having me come back at my appt time as I only live a mile away, they graciously said they could see me and there was no wait at the time. I've had root canals, crowns, etc and Dr. Easow is very skilled. I was extremely impressed when she had to numb me for my root canal. Her inserting a numbing needle into my gums actually hurt less than some nurses or lab techs who have stuck my arm for blood draws. Bianca at the front desk always knows her stuff and what's going on. She's fast and I've never had an issue with them checking benefits quickly or any billing issues with them. I’ve been going to this location since February 2024 and have always had a good experience thanks to Dr. Easow and the staff. They provide a dental plan and prioritize whatever area needs attention first. I started going here because the location I had previously gone to for many years told me they were not going to accept my insurance plan anymore. This has worked out well and I’m glad I found them. If you have any questions at all, they will give you detailed answers and explanations. The equipment they use is very up-to-date also. I would definitely recommend Ideal Dental at Clifford Crossing.

That was the smoothest extraction I have had. Started on time, and it was over in an hour. Post procedure was the least discharge I have ever had. Post op pain was just regular nothing unusual. Dr. Easow explained it all. Office staff friendly and explained everything clearly to me. Great office and location for people on west side of Fort Worth. Right on the access road West loop 820 and Clifford by Albertsons.

The front desk and the entire staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were able to see me the same day. I did not have a long wait when I got there. They helped me feel at ease. They were very helpful and I would highly recommend this dental office.
