They’re incredibly attentive to your needs and always go the extra mile to help you get the best possible care. And then there’s the dentist, who is at the top of her game with hands that are truly blessed, offering the softest touch. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t go here. Pros: I got the time wrong for my appointment and I was an hour late, but the receptionist was nice & they still allowed me to be seen. I came here once for a cleaning in August 2025 with the previous doctor who I loved. She was wonderful, helpful & professional. She is now gone after her pregnancy. Cons: I met with the new doctor and it was one of the worst and most pointless doctors visit. As a patient I felt dismissed, rushed, and demoralized. I came in to receive a consultation for a cosmetic procedure (fixing a chipped tooth) and she said there was “not much she could do” and I should “just get veneers”. There was absolutely no explanation of care options. She saw me literally for less than 5 minutes. The tech was also extremely unpr

The office is beautifully clean, and the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Today, October 28, the dentist was very caring and genuinely interested in my approach for an upcoming procedure. I was totally comfortable with their suggestions in their care

I really enjoyed my time at Ideal Dental and Dr. Morand was the sole reason for this! I've had bad experiences at the dentist in the past and came into the appointment a bit guarded, but she was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. She created a safe environment for me and answered all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Morand!
