Ideal Dental Beachwalk

My second visit to this location today. It was another outstanding experience! I went in to make an Appointment and while trying to nail down a time for this week was asked "are you busy now?". I have never had a walk in dental cleaning. Everyone in this office has an amazing sense of humor and cleary loves what they do. Dr. McCabe is by far the most excellent dental professional I have ever had over seeing my care. She is expeditious and gentle, does not lecture on how I need to do better at home and takes time to answer all questions thoughtfully and completely. Dillon and Alex are wonderful at their jobs and also good warm hearted people. I chose this practice last year simply due to the proximity to my home. I’m 76 yrs old and have been fearful of the dentist since childhood, so I had put off care for many years. Dr. McCabe was thorough, reassuring, and clear about my treatment plan, which ended up being less extensive than I expected. I have very limited dental insurance and paid a significant amount out of pocket, but the results were worth it. The front office staff, Dillon and Sasha, were kind, professional, and very responsive. Jill, the dental assistant, was wonderful —she helped me stay calm during stressful procedures and gave excellent aftercare instructions. Dr. McCabe’s work looks very natural, and I’m very pleased. The only drawback was the cleaning, which felt too light and rushed. I’m hoping for a more thorough cleaning at my next visit. Overall, I received excellent dental care

Ideal Dental is one of the best local dentist I have been to in a while. My kids and myself really enjoy going to them. They are honest, kind, and respectful. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. When I come here it feels like family. If you are a person looking for a great dentist and staff or even someone who gets anxiety going to the dentist this is your place. They make sure you are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Very detailed and friendly staff, the dentist was gentle with me during my cleaning. Will return for follow up visit and the dental assistant Jill was great as she explained how to move forward with my dental plan. It was very easy to schedule an appointment as well.
