Idaho Hand Center

This was my first visit to this provider. Front office staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived approximately 25 minutes early and after finalizing check-in paperwork, was seen by Medical Assistant and x-ray technician. Both were friendly and efficient. Provider was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided surgical recommendation to address my hand issue. Positive experience in all aspects of office visit.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are incredible people. They took such great care of our little guy. Made sure that we felt comfortable and addressed all questions that came to mind and Followed up with us through his surgery and recovery. Simply the best of the best!

I was extremely impressed at how well I was treated at Idaho Hand Center during my surgery on my finger. Riley and Dr. Lorentzen were true professionals, and allowed me to relax while they completed the procedure in less than an hour. They were very kind, and patient with me, even though it took multiple shots to numb my finger. Eighteen years ago, I had successful surgery on the same finger, on my left hand, right here at the Hand Center. It's great to know that the tradition of excellence is still alive today, at Idahos best Hand surgery Center.

I am a physician and thus can be a bit critical when I receive care at other medical facilities. Dr. Boyer and his staff definitely know how to deliver patient care! The front and back office staff were professional and very helpful. Dr. Boyer was exceptional. Explained everything very clearly with realistic expectations for postop recovery. Very pleased with my decision to come to this clinic for service!

Shane and staff were all courteous and friendly and the exam went quickly. He was clear about the three options available which made it easy for me to decide which option to go with. And he was able to take care of it right then and there. I recommend the Idaho Hand Center.
