Dr. Burgoyne was very personable. She made me comfortable with her confidence and explanation of the procedure. Her discussion with her nurse about the cause of my growth was interesting and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again.

This office is FIRST CLASS. The girls at the front desk were helpful and made the process easy. Now the staff… I had surgery done in the office and from start to finish this place is top notch. Everyone has a job to do and they do it better than any place I have ever seen. I even told the Dr how impressed I was with how smooth of a process this is and everyone is on top of their job. Then Dr. B !!! By far one of the best in the business. From the evaluation to the prep to the surgery then talking you through as the surgery happened. Great communication, care , and TEAM. They ALL take pride in their job and their patients

After being turned away by another Dr for a medically necessary procedure I was feeling very disheartened and unsure about being seen at this facility but came out of my appointment so happy and grateful for the staff and Dr here. I haven’t had the procedure yet but am confident that I will be taken care of exceptionally. TL

The time with the person that did my tests and the doctor were great. The time I spend in the waiting are was long. Appointment was at 9:20. It was 11:00 before I saw the doctor for 10 minutes. Yes, the paperwork says plan to spend 2-3 hours…I did not think that meant waiting.

Eye care was great. Time spent waiting, not so much. My appt was at 8. I arrived at 7:50 to be sure I wasn't⁰ late. I was not called back for preliminary work with an assistant until about 8:45. I was then taken to another waiting room for about 45 more minutes. My time with the doctor was about 10 minutes. Please consider that the patient's time is valuable, also. If there was some sort of an emergency, an explanation would have been appreciated. My second appt was not much better. My appt was at 8:00. I spent about 10 min with an assistant. She said Dr would be in shortly. It was freezing cold, so I remained in my coat in the exam chair until 9:10. The first appt of the day should not be over an hour late. I got the feeling that Dr. Burgoyne had just arrived. I felt my medical care was
