We've been coming here for eye exam for a few years. We appreciate Dr. Ngo - she's detailed and patient. She doesn't recommend unnecessary treatment and she explains the reasons for symptoms and remedies well. They're also very transparent with insurance and billing. Highly recommended.

With $200 glass they did not even give me a proper case to keep my glass protected. Optometrist was more concerned about my blood pressure than eye sight. Not recommended, quality has drastically gone down in past 1-year.

Been going to Iconic Eyes Optometry for 6+ years and I've never had a bad experience. Staff members like Desiree have always been respectful, attentive, and efficient whenever I arrive at their office. Dr Christine Ngo is very thorough with examinations and gives excellent advice/answers on any questions I may have. Five star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book.

I accompanied my 91 year old aunt to her eye exam here and it was wonderful. The office is clean and staff are welcoming. Jason was very helpful, patient, thorough, and accommodating in answering our questions and figuring out which lenses to go with and working with the insurance.

Great Dr. who knows her stuff! Honestly the best eye doctor I have had yet. Will be returning every year! Only sad part is about the selection of glasses. There really isn't that much and its expensive. I also learned there are no returns so we will be purchasing from somewhere cheaper. We couldn't return my spouse's pair after the frame was uncomfortable and even with insurance we spent quite a lot. Still, I highly recommend for the doctor!
