I did my 3 years treatment metal braces then permanent retainer with Behl Orthodontist and I must say they are the best in orthodontist care. Natalee is so professional she knows what she’s doing and most of all she enjoys what she does. I can recommend Behl and especially Natalee you will be in good hands.

I really wanted to like(love)this practice! They are convenient to my house, the office is pretty. There were several red flags during our visit unfortunately. The first being that the (loud) music they play in the waiting room was very off putting. We were there for a consult for braces for my daughter. The treatment coordinator was nice enough, however she didn’t explain much of the treatment other then it seemed her angle was to beat out the price of a local competitors price. The next red flag was when the coordinator left to consult with the orthodontist, or took my daughter back for X-rays. Run far away from this cattle call of place! Our first visit you are treated like a number and shuffled here and there. Nothing personable about this place. Also we had a consult in Oct 2023 was approved by insurance a few weeks later and I kept getting the run around that they didn’t t have verification. I even sent AMANDA screen shots to supposedly give to their finance area which is bizarre since I called my dental insurance and they stated they sent it out a few weeks after our initial visit. All this woman does is say she will get back to you and NEVER does unless you initiate the conversation via TEXT. We had the best experience with Dr. Behl! My daughter was able to get Invisalign with him after our dentist said she didn't qualify. When our dentist saw her teeth (end product) he was amazed. Dr. Behl has the best equipment and office visits were fun and friendly. We are sad that she is finished with her treatments because he is the best. No wonder he has so many offices and is killing it!

From the moment I walked into the office I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience. Sharon the treatment coordinator was very detailed in explaining all of our treatment options as well as payment plans. They are one of the few providers in the area that still use Tricare in-network which is HUGE! It’s so simple to find a payment schedule that fits you! I was able to pick my down payment, how much I could afford per month, and they made it happen! We had a 4:00 appointment for just a simple consult and an hour later my daughter walked out of there with braces! It was unreal.
