iCare Centers Urgent Care

Each time I come here I swear I'm not coming back. It's just too convenient. Waited in one of the back rooms for over an hour (so far) with an appt scheduled. Just needed covid test results. Was told it would only take 10-15 min. Will definitely just go up the road to SSM next time.

Went to ICare today with my daughter to get some viral testing done due to being extremely sick. I'm about 95 lbs and in a wheelchair. My daughter and I were both needing the testing and I've been staying with her so she could help take care me. Which she does a wonderful job especially balancing hwe own health issues and kids and just life. Nurse was decently nice. We told her we would like the viral testing she took all of our swabs and told us it takes about 10 mins and we would know. My family goes to this place quite a bit for colds, flu etc because our doctors are in the city, but this place still isnt close JS anyway we are sitting in there waiting on the viral testing to come in (already swabbed us) and a doctor or more likely a practitioner, and he is immediately irritated. Cinda did a great job on my mother in law’s three stitches in her hand. Cinda had great “bedside manner” as well! Shamira (receptionist) was very accommodating and kind as well.

My granddaughter woke up sick on a Saturday morning. We went to Urgent Care. We were in and out under an hour and there was 2 people ahead of us. We received the best care. Highly recommend.

I took my daughter to a different clinic than one we usually attend, and the service was very good, fast, and helpful. Marissa was very friendly to us, as was everyone else. I recommend iCare to anyone who is looking for quick service. They are very reliable and convenient and quick.
